This circle mama pad has two parts. The waterproof circle is made with 1 layer flannel, hidden layer of PUL, and top layer of black Bamboo fleece. There are two straps of bamboo fleece that hold the absorbent part of the pad in place. The absorbent part is made from an Unbleached Cotton Indian Prefold. The outer circle edges will act as "wings" and snap under your panties. Seriously comfy!
You should be able to go several changes by only changing the absorbent part. :0)
